JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 31-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be brother-in-law of deceased and according to the prosecution case itself, when the informant left her house, only deceased and his wife were present in the house and furthermore, the informant admitted that when she returned to her house, she found the dead body of the deceased in the house and wife of the deceased was found missing from the house, therefore, it appears that only suspicion has been raised against the petitioner.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two
