The petitioner seeks bail in Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 42/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The widow of the deceased Rajendra Rai named ten persons including the petitioner Lal Babu Rai and alleged that all the accused persons dragged her husband. Mukesh Rai inflicted knife blow on his chest. Her husband fell down on the ground. All the accused persons assaulted him. Sonu Rai, Arvind Rai and Chandrama Rai pressed the neck of her husband till his death. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner Lal Babu Rai. It is submitted that Arvind Rai who is accused in this case filed a case bearing Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 40/2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A.K.
