The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mansoorchak P.S. Case No. 1 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 390 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(A) of Bihar Excise Act.
The allegation is with regard to recovery of huge quantity of foreign liquor from the house of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused person has been directed to be released on bail by a Bench of this Court by order dated 10.04.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12666 of 2017 and that the petitioner is in jail custody since 2.5.2017.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29006 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 2/2 case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.
Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 7th Additional Sessions Judge-cum- Special Judge, Begusarai in connection with Mansoorchak P.S. Case No. 1 of 2017.
