Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office. The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case no. 525 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 384 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per allegation in the FIR, some accused persons including the petitioner went to Bettiah Registry Office and a chunk of land, which comes under the share of the informant, was executed by co-accused Akali Devi in favour of wife of the petitioner.

No.4727 of 2021(2) dt.24-11-2021 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics as there is admitted land dispute between the parties. He has no criminal antecedent. For the alleged chunk of land, a Land Possession Certificate has been issued by the Anchal Adhikari Bariya (West Champaran) in favour of the petitioner's wife.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case no. 525 of 2019, he will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah (West Champaran) subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
