The petitioner seeks bail in Sakra P.S. Case No. 563/2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The wife made allegation against her husband (the petitioner) for demand of dowry and torture.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation and the fact that the petitioner is the husband of the informant and he is in jail since 16.06.2015, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sakra P.S.
