The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Nawada Nagar P.S. Case No. 239 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 376, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is the mother of co-accused Devraj Kumar whereas there is no such allegation against her. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
