Petitioner, already in custody since 07.11.2017, seeks bail in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No.359 of 2017, registered under Sections 25(1-B) a and 26 of the Arms Act. Allegation is that one country made pistol was recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is in custody since 07.11.2017 and has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Fagu Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16157 of 2018(3) dt.26-03-2018 2/2 SDJM, Jamui in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No.359 of 2017, subject to verification of the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, if any criminal antecedent is found against the petitioner, he shall not be released.
