2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Purnea Sadar P.S. No. 105 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 354, 354A, 354B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have molested a seven year old girl.

5. In view of the serious allegations, as mentioned above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
