This application has been filed for a direction to the respondent authorities to recover the son of the informant and also make proper investigation and in connection with Runni Saidpur P.S. Case No. 150 of 2017 lodged by the informant. In this case, a supplementary counter affidavit has been filed by the Superintendent of Police, Sitamarhi. In the supplementary counter affidavit, it has been alleged that the so called son of the informant is an accused in two cases for committing rape upon two minor girls.
