The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

110 liters of country-made liquor has been recovered from the motorcycle of the petitioners.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. Petitioners claim clean antecedent and they are in custody since 27.07.2021. Investigation is complete. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail

Considering the nature of allegation, clean antecedent and period of custody, the bail petition of petitioners is allowed. Case No. 65 of 2021.
