JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-01-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S.Case No. 847 of 2017 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) and 38(2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It is submitted that in total 18 litres foreign liquor was recovered from the back seat of auto-rickshaw and the petitioner was driver and it was being taken by passengers who were apprehended.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Deelip Kumar, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 3rd Addl.
