The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26(ii) and 35 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that from the possession of the petitioner one pistol and two cartridges were recovered. The petitioner is in jail since 25.03.2015. Similarly situated co-accused has already been enlarged on bail. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in Pipra P.S. Case No. 63 of 2015.
