Petitioners are named in the first information report but there is specific allegation against co-accused Ramdhari Chauhan for causing head injury to the deceased. The alleged occurrence took place on account of dispute of the house.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of the period of detention of the petitioners in jail custody, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in Dhanaha P.S. Case no. 62/2015.
