The petitioner is languishing in jail since 19.06.2015 in a case instituted under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged by the informant that on 13.10.2014 the informant along with staff proceeded for collecting the dues by his motorcycle and saw three miscreants were standing on the road and started snatching cash and mobile and other articles of the informant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 19.06.2015. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering of evidence against the

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in course of the investigation. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Araria in connection with Narpatganj P.S.Case No.408 of 2014.
