2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 690 of 2010, lodged under Section 414 of the I.P.C. read with Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged against two named accused persons excluding the petitioner. There is no recovery from the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that the name of the petitioner has figured in this case due to his criminal antecedent. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 15.03.2021.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, this bail application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.- 1st Class, Sitamarhi/concerned Court below in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 690 of 2010.
