The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 272 of 2014.
