By way of the present application preferred under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner seeks extension of time granted for appearing before the court in order to furnish sureties vide order dated 17th March, 2016 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 12062 of 2016.

It is submitted that due to unavoidable reason and compelling circumstances as the petitioner, who is a lady, was indisposed, she could not appear before the court within the time granted by the Court to furnish sureties in connection with Nasriganj (Rajpur) P.S.Case No. 42 of 2015.

Be that as it may, regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, the period of surrender granted by this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23755 of 2016 (2) dt.14-07-2016 2/2 Court, vide aforesaid order dated 17th March, 2016 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 12062 of 2016, is extended by further two weeks from today.

The application stands disposed of.
