JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It would appear that petitioner and co-accused were arrested in Dinara P.S.Case No.122 of 2014 and firearms, mobile sets and looted articles were recovered from their conscious possession and subsequently, they made their confessional statement disclosing their involvement in the present case. Accordingly, they were remanded in the present case. It would appear from the impugned order that neither the looted articles recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner was put on TIP and moreover, co-accused Akhilesh Kumar having more or less similar allegation has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36409 of 2015 (2) dt.07-09-2015 2/2 Court.
Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Dinara P.S.Case No. 353 of 2014.
