The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Seven persons including the petitioner were apprehended but from possession of the petitioner no arm or ammunition was recovered. Only one mobile was recovered from possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 18.04.2015.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial
