This application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Special Case No. 168 of 2020, arising out of Galgaliya P.S. Case No. 22 of 2020, registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) 42(1) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

It has been submitted by the petitioner that he has given this vehicle for Power of Attorney to one Amit Gosh, son of Ganesh Gosh, Resident of Darjeeling district and on the basis of that document, he has prays for anticipatory bail. The transfer of vehicle is not permissible through

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59354 of 2021(2) dt.17-12-2021 2/2 Notary under the MV Act. The document shall be signed by the seller and purchaser and thereafter shall be transferred and mentioned in the registration certificate. These documents are created for getting anticipatory bail.

The Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed as not maintainable.
