Mr. Rajesh Kumar Jaiswal, who is appearing in Court inperson, unconditionally, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition as also each one of the averments made therein. Ordinarily, we would have imposed very heavy cost, but considering the fact that petitioner, who is appearing in-person, is not familiar with the niceties of law and pleadings; and there is nothing on record showing petitioner's past conduct of undertaking such a misadventure, we refrain from doing so. We have no doubt that the petition was filed with oblique motive, if not, is more than at least gaining publicity. With a warning to the petitioner not to indulge in such misadventure in future, we allow him to withdraw the petition. Interlocutory application, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
