JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the informant and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366, 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that under Section 164 Cr.P.C. statement the victim got her age recorded 19 years, the Court also assessed her aged 18 years. She has also stated that she of her own married with one Raj Kumar Das. The victim has not named the petitioners in 164 Cr.P.C. statement. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36303 of 2015 (2) dt.08-09-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Turkaulia P.S.
