Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 150 of 2017 arising out of Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 336 of 2017 for offences punishable under Sections 292, 419 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 3 (1), 3 (2), 4, 5, 6 and 7 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 and Section 17 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. The prosecution case, as lodged by the informant, is that on secret tip off that some boys and girls are in Mangalam Guest House/Ganpati Hotel, the police raided and found some minor girls and boys who had been admitted in the hotel by taking Rs. 500/- each without registering the name in the entry register by the petitioner who was the owner of the Hotel.

No.6327 of 2018 (3) dt.13-02-2018 2/2 It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he is innocent, no boys and girls have been admitted as they are girl friends and boy friends. He submits that the petitioner bears no criminal antecedent and has sufficiently been punished. He submits that charge-sheet has already been submitted and the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 04.10.2017.
However, learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
Considering the facts and circumstances and the materials on record, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned First Additional District and Sessions Judge, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 150 of 2017 arising out of Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 336 of 2017, subject to the condition that one of the bailors would be a close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit stating his relationship with the petitioner.
