Petitioner is an accused in connection with Rail Khagaria P.S. Case No. 10 of 2020 for the offence registered under Section 370of the Indian Penal Code and Section 79 of the J.J. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case on the basis of suspicion. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 18.09.2020. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing personal bail bonds of Rs.

10,000/- (ten thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
