2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 346 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 411, 414, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, the informant was going towards West Bengal with his truck in which bags of sugar were loaded. At about 9 P.M. he stopped the truck near Bharat Petroleum Muzaffarpur Campus and slept. At about 1.30 A.M. he saw sacks of sugar was unloaded from his truck and being loaded to another truck bearing No. UP37AT3022 and when he tried to catch them, they fled away after leaving the truck.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49513 of 2023(2) dt.11-08-2023 2/2 is innocent and he was not arrested at the spot. He is a person of clean antecedent.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-XII, East, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 346 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
