Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302,328,201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Due to family dispute, the petitioners are suspected to have administered poison to the son of the informant. The FIR was lodged after cremation of the dead body. Hence, there is no evidence whether the poisoning was there or not.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
