JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-08-2019 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected twice by this Court by order dated 9.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc.No. 53225 of 2018 and there is allegation against the petitioner that he has given Garasa blow to the deceased, causing his death.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case and counter case between the parties and he is in custody for more than one year and though charge has been framed but not a single witness has been examined in this case.

Heard learned APP.

In the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, learned trial court is
