The accusation against the petitioner is that he being agent embezzled huge amount of informant's company. The petitioner is in jail custody since 11.03.2015 and the investigation has already been completed.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner had already deposited the amount which had been collected by him and moreover, there is dispute of accountancy. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
