JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-05-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner Nos. 1` and 3 has been redressed. In that view of the matter, the writ petition on behalf of petitioner Nos. 1 and 3 has become infructuous. It is disposed of accordingly. So far as the petitioner No. 2 is concerned, it is submitted that he has filed representation before the District Programme Officer (Establishment) Vaishali, vide Annexure-4 series.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Vaishali to take final decision on the representation of the petitioner, Annexure-4 series expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the claim. It is for the District Programme Officer (Establishment) to take final decision on verification of the records available.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
