The petitioner seeks bail in Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 59 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The father of the victim made allegation that the petitioner and other accused persons kidnapped his minor daughter. The victim made her statement and disclosed her age to be 18 years. The victim herself disclosed that she voluntarily went along with the petitioner to Panipat and solemnized marriage in a temple.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Chandan Kumar, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jehanabad, in connection with Parasbigha P.S.
