The petitioner seeks bail in Mahila P.S. Case No. 99 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and section 4/6 of POCSO Act. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated due to village politics. Petitioner is in custody since 24.09.2018 having no criminal antecedent.

In view of nature of allegation and statement of victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 99 of 2018. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
