The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that the learned Sessions Judge has rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner under this misconception that it was the petitioner, who had given dagger blow to informant.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sahajitpur P.S.
