25-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the case diary.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bhabua P.S. Case No. 166 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 401, 420, 413, 414, 467, 468, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution case, the petitioner has been named in the F.I.R. on the ground that the persons, who were apprehended by the police, disclosed the name of the petitioner, as the person who fled away from the spot.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Save and except the confessional statement of the arrested persons, there is nothing against the petitioner to connect him with the present case.

In this case, by order dated 19-08-2019, this Court has granted provisional bail to the petitioner with certain

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51411 of 2019(3) dt.25-11-2019 2/2 conditions.

Accordingly, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of allegation, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner by this Court, vide order dated 19-08-2019, is, hereby, confirmed.

The anticipatory bail petition is allowed.
