The learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the office within one month.

Vide order dated 15.12.2021, the anticipatory bail petition of Chandra Bhushan Yadav @ Chandra Bhushan Kumar (petitioner no.1) was dismissed as withdrawn. So far as the rest petitioners, i.e. petitioner nos. 2 to 4, are concerned, they apprehend their arrest in connection with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5898 of 2021(5) dt.07-02-2022 2/2 Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 196 of 2017 registered for offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 447, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

As submitted, there is land dispute between the parties and the petitioners are persons of clean antecedent and the injuries are simple in nature.

As such, let petitioner nos. 2 to 4, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 196 of 2017, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
