Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
The FIR of the occurrence of theft of two trucks loaded with rice is against unknown. The said trucks were recovered from possession of some other persons and from two different places.
Submission is that during investigation of the case, only material came against the petitioner is that he had carried one of the accused on his Bike to his destination. Considering the fact that there is no direct material of involvement of the petitioner in this case and investigation of the case is already complete against the petitioner, let the

No.46117 of 2019(2) dt.26-07-2019 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Mohania Police Station Case No. 163 of 2019, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (b) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
