Patna High Court CWJC No.3399 of 2021(2) dt.01-09-2022 3/3 ORAL ORDER 01-09-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. That by this writ application, the petitioner craves indulgence of this Hon'ble Court for an order/direction to the respondents for removal of encroachment from the public land which has been illegally encroached by the private respondent nos. 8 to 38 causing blockage of water drainage of the village and due to which the house of the villagers are in immediate danger."
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the Circle Officer, Noan Circle, District-Kaimur, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
