2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 329(1), 352, 126(2), 115(2), 109, 117(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner, in intoxicated condition, along with his wife abused and assaulted informant with iron rod. Doctor has found grievous injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. As a matter of fact, there is boundary dispute between the parties and petitioner has been made accused in this case due to the aforesaid dispute. At best, it is a case of civil dispute. Petitioner
