Informant's motorcycle was stealthily taken away by the unknown criminals.

Petitioner, who has got criminal antecedent, was apprehended in another case wherein he made inculpatory extrajudicial confessional statement and on the basis thereof, has been remanded in this case.

From the order impugned, it is further evident that petitioner had pin-pointed Prabhat Kumar Patel his accomplice and further, the motorcycle was kept at the house of Prabhat Kumar Patel, however, been sold away by his uncle. However, the said motorcycle was recovered. It has further been submitted that Prabhat Kumar Patel had already been granted bail by this

Accordingly, petitioner, Gopi Kumar @ Gopikishan Yadav @ Gopi Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bagaha in connection with Bagaha P.
