In this case, the petitioner has made a prayer for initiation of contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for violation of the order dated 17.10.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No.12026 of 2013.

In the show-cause, it has been recorded that on perusal of the record it was found that the petitioner remained absent unauthorizedly and as such, after lapse of such a long period, the period of absence cannot be regularized, accordingly, decided not to grant the benefit of A.C.P. or M.A.C.P.
