Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 341, 323, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.
The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a woman, and the informant alleges that accused persons including the petitioner in the name of getting government employment took Rs. 6,50,000/- from the informant and similarly collected an amount of Rs. 58,95,000/- from 13

No.49431 of 2025(2) dt.11-08-2025 2/3 persons and gave forged joining letters of income tax and Railways, thereafter a panchayati was held and the accused accepted their guilt based on which an agreement was entered on a stamp paper that accused will return an amount of Rs. 25,00,000 by 23-6-2024 and rest amount in installments, but then the amount was not returned.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that petitioner completely denies the allegation as alleged in the FIR. It is also submitted that even presuming what has been alleged is true without admitting, then the informant is also culpable of committing an offence as he himself accepts that for getting government job through backdoor, he paid an amount of Rs. 6,50,000/-.

At this stage, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant submits that he has instructions not to oppose the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner. 6.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the informant, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49431 of 2025(2) dt.11-08-2025 3/3 anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Srinagar Pujaha P.S. Case No. 102 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the BNSS.
