JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-07-2018 At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners fairly conceded that since the election is over, the Election Commission has no role as of now to include the name of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6747 of 2017 (2) dt.18-07-2018 2/2 petitioners in the voter-list. He submitted that the writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the Sub-divisional Officer, Kishanganj to include the name of the petitioners in the voter-list of the Kishanganj Assembly Constituency. In case, the petitioners file their representation before the Sub-Divisional Officer, Kishanganj for inclusion of their name in the voter-list, he shall be required to look into the same and take action in accordance with law as early as possible, preferably within two months from the date of filing such representation.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
