The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the husband. The wife has made allegation of demand of dowry and torture. The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail but his wife did not turn up for reconciliation. The bail bond of the petitioner was cancelled and the petitioner is in jail since 27.06.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in complaint Case No. 1756/13.
