2. Heard learned counsel for the sole petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the State.
3. Petitioner is the applicant for allotment of PDS dealership for Village Panchayat Jalwara, Keoti Block in the District of Darbhanga. The District Selection Committee, Darbhanga made a panel of three PDS dealers vide its meeting dated 05.08.2017 in which the name of petitioner does not find place.

4. Counsel for the petitioner submits that against her non-empanelment petitioner has represented before the SubDivisional Officer, Sadar, Darbhanga vide her letter dated 11.08.2017 (Annexure-5), but the same has not yet been considered.
