2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Gurua PS Case No. 104 of 2025, registered for offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 190 115(2), 117(2) and 109 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that the informant, Pravesh Ravidas, was reconstructing his old house to perform his daughter's marriage, as he had earlier been obstructed by Suryadev Ravidas ( petitioner no.1) and others from building on his vacant land. On the day of the incident, at around 10:00 AM, twelve accused persons armed with sticks, spears, and

Three persons, Naresh Das, Rajdev Das, and Satish Das, suffered grievous head injuries from sharp weapons, while Vakil Das sustained a hand injury with fracture, and other family members were also injured. During the assault, petitioners abused the informant and declared that they would not allow him to build a house or perform his daughter's marriage. The injured were referred to Anugrah Narayan Magadh Medical College & Hospital, Gaya for treatment.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the First Information Report (FIR) has been lodged against twelve accused persons, including the petitioners. It is further submitted that there is a case and counter-case between the parties. Counter case has been lodged by petitioner no.1, Suryadeo Ravidas @ Surajdev Ravidas @ Suraj Deo Rabidas, against the informant and others.It is next submitted that there are no specific allegations against the petitioners; rather, the allegations are general and omnibus in nature. Petitioner no.1 has been in judicial custody since 25.03.2025, and petitioner no.2 has been in judicial
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48376 of 2025(2) dt.30-07-2025 3/3 custody since 12.03.2025. It is also submitted that there are three other criminal cases pending against both petitioners.
5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Sherghati, Gaya, in connection with Gurua PS Case No. 104 of 2025.,
