1. Heard the parties.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 23 of 2025 dt: 11.02.2025 registered for the offence under Section 334(1) and 303(2) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case recorded in the first information report in the morning of 11.02.205 at around 4:30 A.M. the informant saw that the road side shutter of his shop was broken and after opening other side of the shutter using the key the informant found that nearly sixty packs of mobile phones of Redmi, Vivo and Motorola were stolen. The currency chest of the petitioner was broken and Rs. 40,000/- kept in the safe was found missing. The web camera was also found broken.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in first information report and his name has surfaced on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused / Sahil Alam and Manish Kumar. The stolen articles were recovered from the possession of the arrested co-accused.
5. Regard being had to the submission made by the parties, taking into consideration the fact that petitioner's name transpired during the course of investigation which may be the basis of further investigation and the confessional statement of the co-accused has been recorded after recovery of articles from them, accordingly, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The same is rejected.
