The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 25(1-b)A,26 of the Arms Act. The Police raided the house of the petitioner and from the abandoned house of the petitioner, two country-made guns were recovered.

It is submitted that petitioner is an old man aged about 55 years. No door was fixed in the abandoned house. On mere presumption of constructing position, the petitioner has been made accused. No cartridges were recovered. Petitioner is in jail for more than three months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
