The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is neighbour of the informant and made attempt to commit rape on her.

It is submitted that the informant had taken loan from the petitioner and that is why this false case has been lodged. Considering the aforesaid fact and also the fact that petitioner is in jail for more than five months, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 7th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 32/2015.
