The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 302 & 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that his brother has been killed and he came to know that Bipin Yadav, elder brother of Bablu Yadav, with his family members, father-in-law, son-in-law and others killed him. The petitioner happens to be the father-inlaw of Bipin Yadav. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There is no eye witness of the occurrence. The dead body of Bablu Yadav was found in a field.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39321 of 2015 (2) dt.27-08-2015 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 700 of 2014.
