2. The petitioner is in custody since 28.04.2017 in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 35 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with recovery of stolen I 10 vehicle from four persons apprehended on the basis of the statement of the petitioner who was taken into custody in connection with Sakara P.S. Case No. 39 of 2017. It is submitted that except suspicion, there is no material to connect the petitioner with the alleged occurrence.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of the offence alleged as well as the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to
