The direction of this Court in the order under contempt dated 17.11.2005 passed in LPA No. 745 of 2004 and its analogous cases was to pay the employees' retiral dues on availability of funds in terms of their seniority. It is submitted by learned counsel for the BISCOMAUN that the same methodology is still being followed and, accordingly, payments are being made to different employees including the petitioner from time to time.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, the contempt application is dismissed.
